A Rib Eatin' Boy!

We went out to the Mid American Ribfest last night... Wes decided that all that food that Mommy, Daddy and Grandpa and Grandma were eating was too good to pass up... He made a dive for a rib, and the rest is history... Have we unleashed a monster? Maybe! Wes also got to attend his first concert, which happened to be the Bare Naked Ladies performing... What a spoiled kid!

Wes Walks a Bit More...

He is off to the races... He was practicing all day yesterday, and getting more and more confidence! He even feels confident enough to tote one of his blocks along with him sometimes! Sorry about the dark, we were watching a movie when he decided to start walking like crazy!

Wes walking... I haven't been able to get much video of him walking, cause as soon as I pull a camera out, he crawls over and wants to grab the camera! He normally does better than this, but its a start!

More Wes... Soon to be Walking

Our little guy has just been crawling for around 2 weeks, and now has decided to start standing up on his own... This leads to him getting into everything! He is also sitting up by himself, starting to find the stairs, and if he can find a piece of paper, he is one happy kid. Of course he is also teething so he can be quite a handful at times!

Sorry about the lack of updates, time just flies when you have a 7 month old tornado tyke!

Wes is now Mobile...

Wes has started scooting / crawling all around the place. On Saturday he discovered the spring door stops that are on the baseboard. He loves the sound it makes when he pulls it and it springs back. He and I played with this particular spring for around 20 minutes!

We finally had a few nice days here in Omaha, so Wes got to go out on a ride!

Wes's 6th Month Old "Birthday"

Wes turned 6 months old today, and has been keeping Mommy and Daddy on our toes, as he has started scooting and "crawling." He has a propensity towards crawling under furniture, trying to crawl to electrical cords, and shoes...
