Garden pics...

The wife and I went down to visit her parents in Grand Island last weekend. Her father recently had surgery and is not allowed to do any strenuous activity such as mowing, weeding, or carrying anything over a pound for a few more weeks, so we went out and helped her parents around the house and yard. Her father loves to garden (his hobby) and not being able to be out there has really been driving him nuts. We decided to go out there and get some of the little chores that needed to be done to keep the garden in good shape. Of course mother nature decides to play a bit of a trick on us, with rain falling as soon as we hit Grand island (breaking the central part of the state’s drought if only temporarily.) We weren’t able to get much done in the garden, but I decided not to let a little rain spoil the trip so as soon as the rain ended I wandered out into the garden and took some pictures. PS... Yes i realized as soon as i wrote this I had misspelled Studies on the photo gallery. I guess I will have to wait till I get home to fix it... Whoops.

Maybe I should actually post something?

Wow... Amazing how the time flies when you are having fun... or are busy... or are um lazy. Yeah lazy. There I said it. It really is horrible what a DVR and a new HDTV can do to a guy... you find yourself watching shows about the architecture of some small village in eastern europe, or some hour long show with no commentary, just a glorious High Definition video of the sun rising over the Rocky Mountains.

Yep lazy.

Hey I am trying to get some new photos taken so i can update the website and the blog... I have had a bit of an artistic kick to me the last few days, where I actually want to go out and take pictures.
